THE HISTORY
DELICIOUS BEGINNINGS
Korean Barbeque’s early origins can be dated back to more than 2000 years. Traditionally, Korea’s most common meat for indulging, through barbeque, is known as 삼겹살 (sahm-gyup-sahl). This pork cut is an un-marinated and fatty variety of the current barbeque style seen throughout America today which features a wide range of delicious meats which has since become a trend, arising in the 80’s.

A definite must visit in Charlotte if you like K-BBQ. Our waiter was friendly and knowledgeable, helpful but not overbearing. I wish I had gotten his name to ask for him again because we WILL be back. The quality of the meat is absolutely tops, with the ribeye so marbled it resembled good wagyu.

This place was so amazing! It was our first time, so the server walked us through the best menu options and the order in which we should grill the meat. He was attentive and friendly. The food was delicious, and well worth the money. Cannot wait to visit again in the future!
